Chef’s Table Dayton dives into a multi-course menu of dishes inspired by a local chefs’ personal stories and told through the region’s seasonal ingredients. 

High-quality ingredients paired with creative minds and innovative techniques result in a unique culinary experience.  Guests are encouraged to leave their seats, come to the “Chef’s Table”, ask questions, take pictures, and get to know the Chefs.  The kitchen is right there in the room!

The experience takes place in a rustic modern loft, Downtown Dayton. There is one reservation time, 6 pm, and seating is communal, offering diners and the opportunity to connect with fellow food and drink enthusiasts. Throughout the evening the chefs and host will speak about the courses, tell stories about the farms, and charm you with their tips and anecdotes.  As the evening proceeds; music plays and the open-air room soon resembles a dinner party among good friends.

12 years of gathering experiential data has led us to countless stories of people living under the effect of poverty. With this data in mind, we believe that 1) poverty isn’t just a financial issue, and 2) only through intentional and diverse relationships can poverty be alleviated. We proudly partner with organizations all over Miami Valley to change the narrative in Dayton.
